Auction

Title Check, LLC, handles the auction process for Manistee County. The auction for foreclosed properties is held once each year, typically in August or September, and is online only. The 2025 auction will be held on Monday, August 4th. A re-offer auction will be held on Friday, September 26th for parcels that sold, but the sale fell through.
