DUTIES PERFORMED:
Clean, inspect, maintain and repair county buildings.
Inspect, maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems.
Work with City, County, Township and State Inspectors to assure county buildings meet applicable codes and regulations.
Inspect, maintain and repair parking lots, outside lighting systems, steps and grounds.
Administer custodial and maintenance section of central supply.
Administer the Michigan Hazard Communications program.
Administer labor training reimbursement programs.
Inspect, maintain, repair and program telephone systems.

SERVICES PERFORMED FOR THE PUBLIC:
Provide a clean, safe and attractive building and grounds.
Provide Right to Know Law information for equipment and chemicals in the Courthouse.
